- Your photos and designs: the photos you upload and how you arranged them in a frame.
- Order details: what you bought, amounts, payment method and order status.
- Technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart.
How we use your photos
Your photos are stored in private storage and are used only to produce, check and support your order. They are never shown on our website, never used in our marketing, and never sold. Only you and our authorised staff can view them.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment partner, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. You enter card, UPI or bank details on its secure pages; we never see or store them. We only receive the payment status and a reference number.
How we use your information
- to process, make, ship and support your orders,
- to contact you about your order or a design question,
- to keep your account, cart and saved designs working,
- to prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed with service providers who help us run the store — for example, courier partners (name, phone and address for delivery), payment providers, and our hosting and database providers. We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account, saved addresses and uploaded photos at any time, except where we must keep order records by law.

You can update your profile and saved addresses from Your Account. To access, correct or delete your data, please email us at support@framebanao.com or message us on WhatsApp.
Grievance officer
For any complaint about an order, a product or this website, contact our grievance officer, Himanshu Kathania (Meclay Arts), at support@framebanao.com or 8005572358. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receiving them.
