Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses in India with a valid 6-digit pincode.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
- Personalised frames are made after you approve your design. Each product page shows the usual production time, counted from the day you place your order.
- Ready-made frames usually ship within the time shown on the product page.
- Items marked made to order take longer; the expected time is shown before you buy.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas, public holidays and courier delays can add a few days.
Tracking
When your order ships, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order page. Signed-in customers can find it under Your Account → Orders.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel is late, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us at support@framebanao.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. For damage, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
