These terms apply when you use this website (framebanao.com) or place an order with FrameBanao. FrameBanao is a brand operated by Meclay Arts. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once it is placed successfully and you receive an order number. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Personalised products

• You’re responsible for the photos you upload. Please only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and nothing unlawful or offensive. We may decline orders that break this rule.
• We make your frame exactly from the design you approve. Colours can vary slightly between screens and print.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to use them only to make and deliver your order.

Payments

• You can pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through our secure payment partner.
• Your order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds (or a Cash on Delivery order is placed).
• If money is deducted but the order isn’t confirmed, it is refunded automatically to the same payment method.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, natural disasters or strikes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
