Refund & Cancellation Policy

Personalised frames

Personalised frames are made specially for you from the design you approved, so they can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, or for issues with the photos you uploaded (such as low resolution after a warning was shown, or the crop you chose).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

We’ll replace your frame free of charge if:

  • it arrives damaged (for example, broken glazing or a cracked frame),
  • it has a manufacturing defect, or
  • it doesn’t match the design you approved, or you received the wrong item.

Please email us at support@framebanao.com or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the outer packaging. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Ready-made frames

Ready-made (non-personalised) frames are covered by the same replacement terms for damage, defects and wrong items.

Cancellations

  • To cancel, email us at support@framebanao.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Orders cancelled before production starts are refunded in full.
  • Once production has started, personalised orders can’t be cancelled.
  • If we can’t fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock), we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds

  • Refunds are approved for cancellations made before production starts, and for damaged, defective or wrong items when a replacement isn’t possible or you prefer a refund.
  • Approved refunds for online payments (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) go back to the same payment method through our payment partner within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll ask for bank or UPI details to send the refund.
